Don Caldwell - Chairman of the Board

on is one of Pennsylvania’s most experienced and successful investors. He is the founder of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners and a key principal in Safeguard Scientifics, two of the Commonwealth’s most active investment groups.

Don serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, which has raised four investment funds totaling over $500 million of committed capital. He is responsible for the firm’s operations, building the investment team, and growing the Cross Atlantic franchise through fundraising, network developmen, and deal flow generation.
Prior to founding Cross Atlantic Capital in March 1999, Don was President and Chief Operating Officer of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE) where he also previously served as Executive Vice President. During Don’s tenure, Safeguard was highly regarded for its growth and technology management skills, investing principally in the information technology industry. Before joining Safeguard, he held a number of executive positions including President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Financial and Partner at Arthur Young & Company.

Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Graduate School of Business at Harvard. His civic organization roles include serving as a Director and Chairman Emeritus of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.

David Anderson - Chief Executive Officer

Dave brings strong business acumen and leadership to InsPro, shaped by over 35 years of experience in both insurance and financial services.

Prior to joining InsPro, Dave served as President and CEO of TIAA-CREF Life, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TIAA, from 2012 through 2016. In addition, he served in senior leadership roles in human resources and enterprise performance improvement. Prior to his time with TIAA, he held a variety of senior leadership roles with Thrivent Financial. Among his responsibilities during a 27-year career there, he led front-office operations for insurance and investments, service and sales support operations for the company’s distribution force, and Lean Six Sigma implementation across the enterprise.

Dave received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Concordia College and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Anthony R. Verdi - Chief Financial Officer

Anthony provides InsPro with established, proven executive leadership. He has more than 40 years of insurance industry experience, holding both finance and operations positions in public companies throughout his career.

Prior to joining InsPro Technologies in 2005, Anthony served almost 30 combined years with Academy Insurance Group and Provident American Corporation. He has held a variety of executive management titles throughout his career, including Controller, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. While serving as Chief Operating Officer of Provident and Chief Financial Officer of HealthAxis, a web-based direct insurance marketing subsidiary of Provident, the company became a first mover in using the Internet to offer medical insurance directly to consumers. Provident’s market capitalization exceeded $2 billion during his tenure.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree from LaSalle University and is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.

Dave Medlock - Chief Architect

Dave is a results driven IT leader with nearly 20 years of experience delivering technology solutions, primarily in the healthcare and insurance verticals.

This experience includes designing, developing, implementing, and integrating enterprise solutions for policy administration as well as eligibility management, claims, medical management, reporting and analytics. He has a depth and breadth of experience in both home office and technology vendor environments. Dave leads InsPro’s architecture group and oversees the technical road map for the InsPro Enterprise platform from concept to delivery.

John Heidelberger - Client Delivery Leader

John leads the consulting services organization responsible for partnering with clients to ensure they obtain maximum value and success in employing the InsPro Enterprise platform.

John is a strong leader, combining nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries with a proven track record in driving business transformation and operational improvements. From start-ups to Fortune 100s, his focus has been on the application of comprehensive, technology-based solutions to achieve market-leading returns on investment.

Prior to joining InsPro, John spent several years as an independent management consultant for a variety of national and global insurance and financial services companies, significantly improving how they leverage Information Technology to achieve outstanding business results. He also served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and held leadership positions at Prudential Property & Casualty Insurance Company, Business Edge Solutions, and American Management Systems.

John holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Monmouth University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Scranton.

Kevin Nelson - Head of Technology

Kevin is an IT executive who brings a wealth of technology and infrastructure expertise to InsPro.

He has extensive experience in delivering business and architectural solutions to the Insurance, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy, and Business Services industries. Kevin’s cross-industry knowledge helps companies think differently about leveraging technology for growth, client service, and evolution.

Prior to joining InsPro, Kevin is the former CIO of Individual Product Distribution and Park Avenue Securities at Guardian Life Insurance, and held various technology positions at Prudential Financial, Vonage, Avaya, and KeySpan Energy.

Kevin holds a Masters of Science in Telecommunications Networking from Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Saint Francis College. Kevin also has PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.

Patricia Dauch - Vice President – Product Management

Patty is a key resource for InsPro Technologies, as both an insurance product and systems expert.

Patty’s role includes setting the direction for our flagship solution, InsPro Enterprise, managing the business solutions team, and assisting with the staff development needs of the organization. Through ongoing collaboration with InsPro’s client engagement, sales, and technical teams, Patty is also afforded the opportunity to enhance solutions and steer delivery to exceed the goals of our clients’ projects.

Prior to joining InsPro, Patty held a range of positions at Nationwide Financial and Provident Mutual, with responsibilities including project management, quality assurance, and business analysis, from both client delivery and managerial perspectives.

Francis L. Gillan III - Vice President & Controller

Frank is an insurance industry veteran who brings more than 40 years of accounting and finance experience to InsPro Technologies.

Frank advises management on all accounting matters and is responsible for all financial operations, which includes accounting, financial reporting, treasury management and financial planning and analysis.

Prior to joining InsPro, Frank held various finance leadership positions at GE Auto and Home, Provident American Corporation, and Providian Direct Insurance. Frank holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Temple University.

Jacqueline Marshall - Vice President – Professional Services Operations

Jacqui is a versatile leader, with an accomplished track record of performance and profitability in a host of roles in the insurance industry.

Her career includes a long history of insurance operations experience, making her a key subject matter expert at InsPro. Jacqui’s primary responsibilities include shared management of the business solutions team, assisting in the uniform client engagement approach, and working in collaboration with the client engagement and technical teams to streamline project intake, resource management, performance, and reporting to efficiently deliver our pipeline of projects.
